Returns and refunds

If you would like to return any items or your purchase isn’t suitable we would be more than happy to offer you a refund or exchange. To complete a return, please notify us that you wish to make a return via email (details will be on your invoice) and send the items back to us within 14 days of delivery.

Please Note:
• All returned items must be in their original packaging and in perfect, resalable condition.
• After 14 days of your order being delivered, we unfortunately can’t offer you a refund or an exchange.
• Customers must notify us by requesting a refund within 14 days of receiving an order. 
• Customers are responsible for the shipping costs for returning their items. 
• Sale items are final sale and sadly we cannot process refunds or exchanges for these.

Please send all returns to the address provided on your invoice or the return notice that you will receive once we are notified of your intention to make a return.
