Delivery Information

Shipping

• We are only able to ship orders with a delivery address in England.
• Shipping costs are a flat rate of £3 and are free above £60.
• All orders are shipped with tracking, and we will provide a tracking number as soon as the item is handed over to our courier. 

Cancellations

• Cancellations are possible as long as the item is not scheduled to be shipped on that same day. To start a cancellation please email cancellations@thewestbournecollection.com with your order number, stating that you wish to cancel the order.
• After this date, the item will be subject to our standard Returns Policy.

Delivery

• We expect delivery to take between 3-5 working days. Due to the size of our items each item is packed when ordered to ensure its safety while in transit.
